ASH REPLACEMENT APPLICATION

We're excited for the opportunity to replace your ash tree! Please fill out the form to request a replacement. Planting will take place in the early spring.

Digging and tree planting will be provided by Great Plains Nursery. You will be provided with a flag in the winter to place in your yard to indicate where you'd like your new tree to be planted. The new tree must be planted in your front or side yard. Please let us know if you need assistance in selecting the location. If you wish for the tree to be planted in the same location as your ash tree, an extra deep stump grinding may be required and extra charges may apply.

REQUIREMENTS

Your ash removal just needs to meet the following criteria to qualify for free replacement:

• Ash tree being removed is in the front or side yard
• Cost of ash tree removal and stump grinding combined is $800 or more
