We're again honored to be included in Omaha Magazine's "Faces of Omaha." 15 years into our journey, we're still coming up with better ways to serve our clients, create a great place to work for our employees, and create a higher standard of tree care by educating our staff and clients about arboriculture.

As the 15-year-old company has branched out, its employees have all become certified arborists, a reflection of the team’s dedication to providing the best possible care to the trees that enhance the community’s urban landscapes.

“That says a lot for the kind of talent we attract and that our people take their work seriously,” Amy said.

The team’s expertise is rooted in outstanding customer service and respect for each other, founder Jeff Grewe said. “We’ve redefined our mission and vision statements and core values,” Jeff said. “In doing so, we’ve created a cohesive and harmonious culture where our employees take ownership and are encouraged to grow personally and professionally. There are a lot of choices in our industry, but at the end of the day, people want to feel good about who they interacted with. It comes down to friendly, certified, professional arborists. That’s who we are. There are a lot of tree companies out there but only Arbor Aesthetics hits all of those marks.”
